GPT Party 3.0: the most extensive Russian-speaking networking event in Silicon Valley
GPT Party is a networking event that brings together entrepreneurs interested in integrating artificial intelligence into their businesses and becoming leaders in their field.

Starting as an event for participants of the boot camp program in Silicon Valley, GPT Party has grown into the main event for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs aiming for new horizons in the world of technology. This year, we had over 450 attendees ready to discuss, learn, and be inspired.

We made GPT Party 3.0 a two-day event: the first day featured numerous panel discussions and networking activities, while the second day delved deeper into AI use cases, practical tools, and business analyses with David Yang.

First day of GPT Party 3.0: active networking and panel discussions

The first day of the event was filled with panel discussions and speaker presentations, opening new horizons in the world of technology.
Before the panel discussions, Snow Raven performed a piece that astonished and captivated the audience. This performance set the atmosphere, inspiring participants to reflect on the significance of technological advancements. It served as a reminder that while business opportunities and financial gains are important, it's crucial to think positively, build a constructive future, and contribute to the development of humanity.

During the first day, panel discussions were held with renowned speakers covering topics such as the ethics of AI development and usage, the AI revolution in marketing, practical aspects of using AI in sales and creating personalized customer experiences, HR transformation and onboarding with AI, and business optimization with AI.

Max Sapozhnikov presented the topic "How not to lose your mind in the era of profound changes related to AI," sharing strategies for effectively managing change.

Dmitry Karpov's presentation titled "How robots differ from humans: lessons from labor automation" highlighted key differences between machines and humans in the context of work automation.

Alexander Zhuravlev's presentation at GPT Party focused on the topic of "AI revolution." During his speech, Alexander discussed the benefits and challenges society faces during the active implementation of artificial intelligence.

David Yan's presentation on "Digital employees: the future of work and AI's impact on humanity" addressed important aspects of AI's penetration into the world of work. David shared insights into possible changes in the structure and nature of work resulting from automation and AI usage.
This is just a small part of what the first day of the event had to offer. Each speaker brought unique knowledge and experience to the discussion of AI's role in society.

Throughout the event, networking activities were held to help participants build connections. There was also a unique networking platform that allowed participants to find and connect with people who share similar interests and needs, as well as a chat that brought together over 700 entrepreneurs who have already started implementing AI in their businesses and creating startups based on artificial intelligence.

After the event, we hosted a party where attendees could immerse themselves in Snow Raven's creativity. Our partners organized a private afterparty dedicated to GPT Party 3.0, where participants could continue the evening in a light and cheerful atmosphere.

Second day of GPT Party 3.0: business case studies and speaker presentations

The first day of our bootcamp is a pivotal moment where we activate group dynamics, allowing us to understand the goals of each participant. People arriving for the program experience a range of emotions: doubt, fear of new acquaintances, and yet an interest in new information. The principles of business operation and community building in Silicon Valley are significantly different from the familiar system in other countries or states in the USA. To overcome skepticism, we conduct exercises that unite participants and encourage immersion in new knowledge. After such exercises, participants notice that they feel closer to each other.

Then we headed to Stanford, where we met with a Ph.D. and students of this prestigious university. They show and tell us about the learning process and the infrastructure of this place.

In the evening, we visited the house where Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook 20 years ago. Now it is the center of the Asian community. We met with leaders of the Chinese community; they shared their experiences and successful business cases, and treated us to Chinese food. Participants noted that this event helped them understand that serious business can be easier and more enjoyable, and the entrepreneurial community can be more open and friendly.

Summary

GPT Party 2024 not only expanded knowledge about artificial intelligence but also inspired participants to embark on new achievements in this direction. Many attendees found partners, advisors, and simply friends at the event, which will help them in the future development of their business projects. The intensive exchange of ideas and experiences at the event inspired many to launch new startups and further develop existing businesses. All of this makes GPT Party more than just an event; it becomes a center of inspiration and development for all participants, regardless of their current experience and accomplishments.
